Return Eligibility
At Classy Threads, we only accept returns for shirts that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 3–7 days after receiving the order. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Request Process
To start a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be processed or accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges in case of size issues, wrong item delivery, or manufacturing defects. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size or product is not available, our team will help you choose another item of equal value or provide an alternative solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including products that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. Items purchased on sale or special discount offers may also be non-returnable unless there is a genuine defect or error from our side.
